What You'll Do
Be part of our client's team as an Arbitration Specialist where you'll perform insurance verifications, collect data, and manage dispute processes with accuracy and independence. You'll ensure fairness, compliance, and efficiency in every case while applying your knowledge of healthcare processes and protocols.

What You'll Bring to the Table
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in insurance verifications
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Familiarity with insurance verification processes and healthcare terminology
Other Requirements
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Must report to work regularly and consistently
What You'll Be Doing Daily
- Conduct aggressive follow-ups to collect data from insurance companies
- Perform thorough insurance verifications with a solid understanding of processes and protocols
- Multitask effectively while maintaining high attention to detail
- Enter data accurately with at least 40 WPM typing speed and 90% accuracy
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Navigate and utilize multiple insurance portals efficiently
- Manage multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy
- Perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Apply knowledge of medical terminology in day-to-day tasks
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Organize tasks and information effectively
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation and direction
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
