Are you passionate about creating a positive and productive workplace? We're looking for a People Operations Lead who will play a key role in supporting our teams, promoting employee well-being, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

As the bridge between Human Resources and our employees, you'll help foster a culture of professionalism, engagement, and care. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and great with people—this might be the perfect role for you

What You'll Do

Employee Oversight & Support

  • Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and leaves
  • Observe employee conduct and ensure policy adherence
  • Be the first point of contact for employee concerns
  • Conduct wellness checks and informal audits to support engagement

Performance Monitoring

  • Track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Initiate appraisals and recommend training
  • Implement and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

Policy Compliance & Culture

  • Promote professionalism and core company values
  • Collaborate on initiatives to boost engagement and well-being
  • Identify risks to morale and recommend interventions
  • Ensure timely compliance with company policies

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Team Leads to align people operations with team goals
  • Provide regular reports to HR and Management
  • Support HR-led engagement activities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations or similar role
  • Strong background in performance monitoring and policy enforcement
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Preferably with exposure to IT, software, or tech industries
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working with diverse personalities

This is for a hybrid work set-up.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
