Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis within banking or financial institutions. (Non-negotiable)
  • Proven experience in IT Project Management. (Non-negotiable)
  • Strong background in Requirements Analysis and Documentation. (Non-negotiable)
  • Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT). (Non-negotiable)
  • Experience in preparing User Manuals and Training Materials. (Non-negotiable)
  • Strong Data Analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. (Non-negotiable)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively to achieve aligned solutions. (Non-negotiable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and commitment to quality. (Non-negotiable)
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience working in a bank with exposure to lending processes is a strong advantage.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers to assess feasibility of application changes and recommend the best solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide support during UAT and implementation phases to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
  • Receive, review, and evaluate requests for inclusion in the service catalogue, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Participate in service transition planning and related activities to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to support the Service Management department in monitoring application support, maintenance, and ticket resolution performance.
