Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager handling software implementation or development projects. (Non-negotiable)
  • 5+ years of strong experience in Project Management and Stakeholder Management. (Non-negotiable)
  • 5+ years managing third parties, vendors, or service providers. (Non-negotiable)
  • Solid background in system implementation and application integration. (Non-negotiable)
  • Experience in a banking or credit card operations environment. (Non-negotiable)
  • Proficient in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies; with hands-on experience in Scrum, Lean, or Kanban frameworks. (Non-negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of application design, integration principles, and end-to-end process flows.
  • Broad understanding of banking business segments and how unit performance metrics align with company goals.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Prepare, maintain, and secure approval for Project Plans, Work Plans, and Status Reports.
  • Monitor project scope, timeline, quality, and budget; escalate risks and issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements throughout project delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and support Scrum Team adherence to Agile practices.
  • Prepare post-implementation reviews and project close-out reports.
  • Act as a servant-leader, enabling collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
