• The Role & Impact: As the Revenue Operations Manager based in BGC, you will be the bridge between Marketing, Finance, Product, and Compliance. You will be directly responsible for maximizing revenue through optimal operational efficiency, ensuring all online player activities and reporting meet stringent regulatory standards (PAGCOR/AML). Your daily work ensures the platform is profitable, compliant, and continuously improving.

What You'll Be Doing

• Revenue & Operational Accountability: Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., Conversion Rate, Player Lifetime Value, Payout Rate) in real-time, identifying bottlenecks in the player journey and implementing solutions to maximize net revenue.
• Platform Improvement & Automation: Lead the technical implementation and optimization of marketing automation (CRM) and payments platforms to ensure seamless player acquisition, retention, and secure transaction processing.
• Compliance Reporting & Audits: Oversee the preparation and timely submission of detailed operational and financial reports required by regulatory bodies (e.g., PAGCOR) and internal audit teams.
• Online Systems Management: Act as the primary business owner for critical systems, including CRM/MarTech tools, affiliate tracking software, and payment gateway interfaces, ensuring data integrity and uptime.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Collaborate with the Finance and Marketing leadership to develop accurate revenue forecasts and manage the operational budget for all associated platforms and tools.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with the Developers to prioritize platform improvements based on revenue impact and the Finance team to ensure all operational flows adhere to regulatory and Responsible Gaming (RG) requirements.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Experience: 5+ years of demonstrably progressive experience in an Operations, CRM Management, or Financial/Risk Analyst role within the iGaming/Online Casino industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM/Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific tools), affiliate tracking platforms, and robust data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Compliance Expertise: Proven familiarity with AML/KYC procedures and the regulatory reporting requirements of the Philippine gaming sector (PAGCOR).
• Education: Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a highly analytical field).
• Mindset: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a track record of driving operational improvements that directly increase revenue.
