Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, focusing on IT projects and system enhancements.
  • Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience, managing relationships and ensuring successful IT solution delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Project Management, with strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in IT project delivery, having managed or led projects as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
  • Contract management experience, including handling Statements of Work (SOW), Master Agreements (MA), and MITA documents.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple levels of the organization.

Good to Have:

  • Experience working in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Alignment

  • Ensure IT strategies and project plans align with overall business objectives and support the organization's goals.
  • Act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring clear alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Manage ongoing relationships with business units and clients through regular meetings and progress reviews.
  • Monitor and communicate the status of priority projects and BAU requests, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

3. End-to-End Delivery Management

  • Take ownership of the initiation and delivery of IT projects and system enhancements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.

4. Resource and Budget Coordination

  • Coordinate with business units on budget reviews and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
  • Negotiate timelines and priorities with stakeholders to balance delivery commitments and available resources.

5. System Enhancement Evaluation

  • Assess and evaluate BAU system enhancement requests, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, feasible, and effectively addressed.

6. Business Case and Requirements Development

  • Partner with business units to prepare business cases, high-level requirements, and project documentation to support solution design and implementation.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Promote collaboration and teamwork across departments and stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent, transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle to support efficient project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
