Job Description

PURPOSE: Serve as a key liaison between business units, ERP implementation partners, and IT during the migration from SAP ECC6 to a cloud-based ERP platform (SAP Grow, Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft D365). Challenge current processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and align to global ERP best practices while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job Description:

  • Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping for Finance, Procurement, HR, Asset Management, etc.
  • Identify and recommend elimination of redundant steps, excessive checks, and manual workarounds.
  • Work with ERP vendors to validate configurations against business needs and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, drive consensus, and secure sign-off on process designs.
  • Embed regulatory requirements (BSP, AMLA, BIR) into process changes.
  • Support data migration mapping, validation, and fit-gap analysis.
