About the role

AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in Sarangani Davao Occidental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to the organization, ensuring effective HR practices and policies are implemented.

What you'll be doing

  • Administer all HR-related processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
  • Maintain and update HR information systems, employee records, and documentation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and contribute to the overall success of the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
