Project Manager

A. JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Manager will be the leader in providing proactive Business or Technical Solutions to the clients by supervising all stages of a Project in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); shall also be responsible for providing Operational Technical Support to the Clients or end-users, and support the business growth by helping develop new business opportunities or products through continues improvement.
- Manages projects from Initiation to Closing phase applying the Project Management principles, methodologies and tools to achieve project objectives.
- Provides project status reports to all Stakeholders including Top Management in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinates with project vendors, responsible units and action owners to monitor and ensure the acceptability and timely availability of project deliverable/s.
- Forecasts, removes or addresses any potential project roadblocks or bottlenecks by applying Project Planning and Risk Management principles.
- Ensures projects are being tracked completed within scope, budget and timeline.
- Completes all project documentations.
- Serves as the Gatekeeper between stakeholders in a project.
- Organizes support or solutions to Clients in case of system issues.
- Consolidates and analyzes customer feedbacks and system performance data to identify gaps and root causes of the problems, and recommends improvements.
- Researches for new business or technology solutions.
- Undertakes other duties appropriate for his/her competence and development as required by superior from time to time.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent stakeholder and Interpersonal Management skills.
- Strong Organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong Personality, proactive, and good professional ethics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management Tools.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
- Preferably with a background in Safety, either SO1 or SO2.
- Willing to work under hybrid working arrangement with office at Pasig City.
