Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef, based in Subic. The Head Chef will be responsible for planning menus, supervising kitchen staff, preparing high-quality food, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. The Head Chef will also oversee inventory management, order supplies, and collaborate with management to optimize the dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Extensive culinary skills, including menu planning and food preparation
  • Experience in kitchen staff supervision and training
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Inventory management and supply ordering skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a Head Chef or similar role is preferred
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is beneficial
