Job Summary:

The Kitchen Helper assists the culinary team with basic food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen order to support efficient operations and uphold food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, peel, and cut ingredients as directed by chefs or cooks.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and ingredients.
  • Dispose of waste properly and follow sanitation guidelines.
  • Support cooks in meal preparation and plating when needed.
  • Ensure kitchen areas are orderly and meet hygiene standards.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate, SHS graduate or equivalent
  • Experience as a kitchen helper or in a similar role preferred (hotel, resort, or restaurant experience is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
