Podcast Production Support

Tasks:

  • Podcast Production Support - Admin for podcast - guest coordination, show notes, back-end

  • Help coordinate recording schedules for hosts, guests, and production timelines

  • Assist with guest outreach and communication (before, during, and after interviews)
  • Prep episode materials, write summaries, and support release-day logistics
  • Support basic social content creation and scheduling
  • Administrative & Marketing Support
  • Manage scheduling, inbox organization, and basic admin tasks for the hosts
  • Assist with pitching us to speaking events, panels, and podcasts
  • Help coordinate travel and events when needed
  • Keep episode notes, sponsorship decks, and media kits updated and organized

    Special Projects
  • Assist with newsletter management and audience growth strategies
  • Help brainstorm and execute community-building initiatives for our listeners (Patreon, SparkLoop, Kit, etc…)

Tools:

  • Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads (REQUIRED) - BlueSky, Patreon (a plus)
  • ConvertKit - for emailing newsletters
  • Canva (REQUIRED)
  • Knowledge of Riverside (a Plus)
  • High knowledge of CHATGPT - Using prompts, creating images etc

VA Requirements:

  • Have Experience working with a Podcaster
  • 20 hours a week US ET

  • QUICK LEARNER - LIKE NEW TOOLS, PROCESSES ETC.

  • CONFIDENT COMMUNICATOR - ABLE TO WRITE CONFIDENT EMAILS WITHOUT SOUNDING LIKE A ROBOT.
