VO Director

Job Description

We are seeking a Voiceover Director who is passionate about storytelling and audio production to lead the voiceover process for our projects in Serye FM. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Voiceover Recordings: Coordinate and oversee voiceover recording sessions to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Source Affordable Voice Talents: Identify, evaluate, and recruit talented voice actors suitable for various roles in audio dramas while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Analyze and Tweak Voiceover Scripts: Review and refine scripts to enhance their engagement and suitability for audio productions, ensuring a high-quality listening experience.
• Budget Management: Plan and manage project budgets, finding cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Timely Delivery: Organize and monitor production schedules to ensure all recordings are completed and delivered within deadlines.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other duties related to the role as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in voiceover direction, audio production, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of voice acting and its role in enhancing audio storytelling.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide voice talents and collaborate with teams.
• Familiarity with audio editing software, tools and AI is a plus.
