Main responsibilities:

· Originate, develop and monitor renewable energy project opportunities, lead the whole permitting process

· Prepare and submit the project Gantt chart with budget and timeline

· Prepare the feasibility studies and presentation materials for different entities such as landowners, DOE, NGCP, NCIP, DENR, PAMB, BOI, LGU, etc

· Source land and talk with landowners and brokers for the most suitable sites for the project, prepare the land lease or purchase agreement without any technical & commercial ambiguity

· Deliver technical studies, project scope, and desktop analysis within agreed timeline and budget

· Maintain good relationships with LGU and secure LGU endorsements, Secure NCIP permits,

· Support the management team in negotiations, preparing investment memos & reports and conducting due diligence by ensuring projects meet financing and technical requirements,

· Select and manage local businesses to partner and consultants to deliver projects to Ready to Build (RTB) stage

Essential Skills:

· 3-8 years' experience in Solar or Wind Project Development

· Experience with Solar PV framework/legislation, permitting process and PPA agreements

· Team player

· Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and budgets

Attributes:

· Ability to work autonomously and proactive attention to detail

· Ability to work within a team and support team members

· Availability for (extensive) travelling
