About the role

CJNH Enterprises Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Renewable Energy & Power Group. In this full-time role based in Metro Manila, you will lead the delivery of large-scale solar energy projects, playing a crucial part in CJNH's mission to expand renewable power generation across the Philippines.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee all aspects of utility-scale solar project development and EPC team, from initial feasibility studies, planning, construction, through to commercial operation
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating the work of engineers, procurement specialists and other stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
  • Liaise with regulators, local communities and other external stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or delays
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to more junior members of the project team

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record in the renewable energy or power generation industry
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget
  • Experience managing EPC projects in MW scale
  • In-depth understanding of engineering, construction and commissioning processes for utility-scale solar PV systems
  • Familiarity with power sector regulations, grid interconnection requirements and other relevant technical and legal frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse teams and external partners
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness to optimize project economics
  • Degree in engineering, project management or a related technical discipline is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or related technical field required
