Job Summary: The Brand Merchandiser & Stock Custodian will ensure our products are attractively displayed and well-stocked in retail locations. This role combines the creative aspects of merchandising with the organizational skills required for stock management. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining brand standards.

Merchandising

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and drive sales.
  • Recommend and arrange product displays in line with brand standards.
  • Track sales and inventory performance to identify best-selling items and optimize stock movement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotions and ensure strong SKU performance.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated inventory records for all products.
  • Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Oversee receiving, encoding, packing, and transfer of stocks between Timeplus and branches.
  • Monitor stock movement across branches and prepare monthly inventory reports.
  • Manage online inventory and ensure listings are updated daily.
  • Ensure proper stockroom organization and compliance with company inventory procedures.

Security and Safekeeping

  • Implement and follow strict security measures for all watch inventories.
  • Control stockroom access and ensure proper handling to prevent loss or damage.
  • Ensure all departments follow established stock request and return processes.

Online Platform Coordination

  • Coordinate with the online sales team for product releases, orders, and delivery updates.
  • Monitor supply levels, purchase orders, and logistics coordination between branches and central offices.

Corporate and Branch Support

  • Provide timely and accurate stock information to sales and branch teams.
  • Prepare products for orders, marketing activities, and corporate requirements.
  • Recommend stock allocations, replenishments, and reorders based on product movement.
  • Support logistics and delivery operations across branches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail operations.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and e-commerce operations, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software, e-commerce platforms, and Outlook Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for luxury watches is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
