JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Supervise receiving, counting, and checking of merchandise based in delivery documents (PO, BST, SIS).
  • Report any discrepancies or damages to the Store Manager and Inventory Controller.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and withdrawal of all merchandise.
  • Monitor security and proper maintenance of stock cards.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
  • Implement and monitor safety, security, and fire prevention measures in line with company policies.
  • Prevent loss, damage, and pilferage of merchandise.
  • Submit all necessary warehouse documents to the Accounting Department.
  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising warehouse personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of Supervisory experience in receiving, dispatching and inventory control procedures
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems.
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse safety and best operational practices.
  • Willing to work in fast-paced retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
