We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor with strong skills in merchandising, activations, and events to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of proven experience managing corporate clients, leading projects, and delivering impactful brand activities. You should also be skilled in making and presenting decks, preparing budgets, and handling end-to-end client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for assigned corporate clients and build strong relationships.
  • Plan and manage merchandising, activations, and events from start to finish.
  • Prepare creative decks, proposals, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Lead on-ground teams during activations and events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) and external suppliers.
  • Guide and mentor junior account executives and coordinators.
  • Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Support in business pitches and new client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, project management, or client servicing in activations, events, merchandising, or advertising agencies.
  • Proven experience in creating decks, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent project execution.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing teams and multiple projects.

Merchandising (Definition): The planning and execution of in-store brand displays, product visibility, POS materials, shelf placements, and promotional collaterals that influence consumer buying decisions.
