  • Payroll Processing: Oversee the complete payroll cycle, from calculating wages, bonuses, and overtime to processing new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.
  • Tax and Deductions: Ensure accurate calculation, remittance, and compliance with all tax laws and statutory deductions at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee payroll and benefits records and digital files.
  • Reconciliation and Auditing: Reconcile payroll accounts, validate payroll data, and prepare for internal or external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Employee Support: Conduct payroll and benefits orientations and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on payroll data, including summaries of payroll and benefits expenses for management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all payroll processes and operations adhere to established policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.
  • System Management: Oversee and manage payroll software, systems, and procedures, recommending updates to improve efficiency.
  • Final Pay Computation - will be the one to compute final pay for outgoing employees
  • 13th Month Pay Computation - responsible for computation of employees 13th month pay.
