About the role

Jonatech Electrical Power Control System, Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of materials and services critical to our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop strategic sourcing plans
  2. Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favourable contract terms and pricing
  3. Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods and services
  4. Maintain comprehensive procurement records and generate detailed reports
  5. Implement and optimise procurement processes to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies
  6. Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and best practices in purchasing and supply chain management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  3. Fluent in English and Filipino (both written and verbal) required
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and the use of procurement software and tools
  5. Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  7. Knowledge of Philippine procurement laws and regulations
