Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Parañaque for a Purchase Specialist at Okada Manila. The Purchase Specialist will oversee purchasing processes, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to meet their procurement needs efficiently.

Qualifications

Preferably

  • Experience in Purchasing or Demand and Supply Planning
  • preferably wuth bacjgriund in hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and overall Purchasing
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of procurement software and tools is a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
