We are seeking a skilled Senior Bakery Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the product development, procurement strategy, vendor management, and product assortment for the bakery category.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the bakery industry, preferably from hotels/restaurants.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in food procurement, preferably in bakery or perishable categories, is necessary.
  • The successful candidate must possess strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for bakery products, including breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to identify new product opportunities and optimize assortment.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive cost and quality standards.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and ethical sourcing standards.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data.
  • Experience in food procurement, preferably in bakery or perishable categories.
