Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative SharePoint Developer proficient in Microsoft Power Platform—specifically Power Apps and Power Automate.

This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that enhance collaboration, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint Online solutions
  • Customize SharePoint lists, libraries, and site templates to meet business requirements.
  • Implement document management, intranet portals, and collaboration tools.
  • Ensure SharePoint solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with governance policies.
  • Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and etc.
  • Create and manage custom connectors and child flows for complex automation scenarios.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in SharePoint development
  • Strong proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive
  • Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL Server, and Azure Logic Apps is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative spirit and proactive problem-solving
