Job Title: SharePoint Architect Lead

Location: Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid – 3x onsite/week)

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary Range: PHP 130,000 – PHP 140,000

Key Responsibilities


•Define SharePoint architecture, site structure, security, and integration with enterprise systems.


•Design solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure.


•Establish and enforce architectural standards and coding practices.


•Lead technical design and development; mentor developers and administrators.


•Develop governance models, security frameworks, and usage guidelines.


•Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into SharePoint solutions.


•Deliver operational support recommendations for scalability and sustainability.

Requirements

1)Education & Experience:


•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred.


•3–5 years in software design and development; strong SharePoint proficiency.

2)Technical Skills:


•2+ years delivering and maintaining M365 and SharePoint in corporate settings.


•2+ years developing SPFx solutions.


•4+ years in Azure or AWS cloud systems, including CI/CD pipelines.


•Full stack development experience: React, Angular, , , Python, HTML, Web Services.


•Experience delivering GenAI systems and mobile apps.


•Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, SDLC).


•Optional: DataDog, Secure Coding, Scrum, DevOps certifications.
