Job description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the performance and upkeep of each station’s condition. Initiate, execute, and ensure the completion of the maintenance in each station. Assist in responding to accidents or incidents in the station to mitigate, control, and reduce harmful impact to people, assets, and environment. Initiate requisition of station‑related requirements on maintenance supplies and materials, pump parts and equipment, and other station materials. Respond to all service requests and on‑call emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Inspect the property to ensure that all is in order and that the Service Manager is aware of any maintenance or safety issues. Timely completion of work order requests in accordance with company policies and procedures. Provide and schedule preventive maintenance work on each station. Report to immediate supervisor any problems and/or issues related to safety or management of the property. Assist Maintenance Manager in analyzing quotations given by technical or any third party, ensuring an efficient repair schedule with proper repair cost estimates before endorsement to retail. Coordinate maintenance issues such as pump and mechanical concerns, especially those problems that disrupt station operation. Implement safety policies and procedures for the maintenance team. Participate in coordinating schedules with retail department for repairs and visits of stations conducted by any third‑party maintenance staff. Assist the Maintenance Manager in the following aspects: (a) pump concerns on parts, mechanical and electronic; (b) mechanical concerns (piping and underground tasks); (c) electrical fixtures, signage and others; (d) civil structures pertaining to station’s appearance and performance. Perform other tasks assigned from time to time. Education and Work Experience Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (passed Board/Bar/Professional License exam), or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Must have at least 2‑3 years of work experience in a related field, knowledgeable in preventive maintenance activities and frequency. Well‑versed in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and other machinery/equipment activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients. Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have a people‑oriented approach and be an effective communicator at all levels of the organization. Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity. Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
