We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Research & Development / Culinary Head to lead our culinary team and drive the development of innovative food products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the R&D culinary team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
  • Spearhead the development of new and exciting food concepts, from ideation to commercialization.
  • Conduct market research and stay abreast of current culinary trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Oversee the development of recipes, formulas, and processes for new and existing products.
  • Manage the R&D budget and resources effectively.
  • Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Present new product concepts and culinary innovations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, or any related field.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php70,000.00 per month
