Accounts Officer

Join our dynamic team at CBS Printing as an Accounts Assistant In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of our growing company.

Key contributor to business systems and process's.

Key responsibilities

  1. Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  2. Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments
  3. Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and databases
  4. Provide administrative support to the accounts team as needed
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  6. Running reports for members in our team
  7. Business systems & Administration projects.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in a fast-paced, commercial environment
  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively
  5. Organized and efficient, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
  6. A team player with a positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude

  • Based in the Philippines, available 8AM–5PM Sydney time

  • This is a contractor role.
