Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines A.C Properties Inc. Full time ₱300,000 - ₱420,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Perform billing and collection duties, including banking transactions.
  • Send invoices and account updates to clients, including receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments.
  • Address and resolve client queries and issues relating to invoices.
  • Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data.
  • Perform other accounting functions as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related course with 3 to 10 years of similar work experience.
  • Computer literate using MS Office and other basic software.
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-starter, highly motivated, results-driven and must be able to handle pressure at all times with absolute professionalism.
  • Able to handle multi-tasking jobs with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent in both oral and written communication skills.
  • ISO:9001 background will be an advantage.
