Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, generate, and issue accurate invoices to clients or customers.
  • Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and promptly resolve any invoice-related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Accounting) to confirm billing details.
  • Maintain organized records of all billing and financial documents.
  • Process adjustments, credit memos, and billing corrections when necessary.
  • Monitor account balances and assist in following up on outstanding payments.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to billing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a similar role (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
