We are seeking a motivated Finance Staff member to support our finance team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and will assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and document management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the manual invoicing and Statement of Account (SOA) process.
  • Issue sales invoices and perform database entry and reconciliation of documents.
  • Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Maintain and update customer files, including name or address changes and other relevant information.
  • Serve as the Billing Assistant/Billing in Charge.

Other Special Requirements:

  • Experience in filing and document management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in Google Sheets.
  • Willingness to be trained and learn new skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Hardworking, determined, and trustworthy.

Project Duration: 6 months

Work Arrangement: Onsite | Monday to Friday | 8:30 am to 5:30am

Salary: 695/daily + 150 meal allowance daily

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php645.00 per day
