This role will focus on creating and executing digital marketing campaigns and managing the division's publications and administration to engage our target audience effectively.

DUTIES:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote executive education programs.

  • Manage the unit's online presence, including website updates, social media channels, and email campaigns.

  • Use SEO, SEM, and analytics tools to optimize digital content and increase engagement.

  • Plan and execute targeted online advertising campaigns to attract participants.

  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality promotional materials, brochures, newsletters, and annual reports.

  • Develop and edit engaging content for websites, blogs, and other online platforms.

  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure program descriptions and materials are accurate and compelling.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all publications and digital platforms.

  • Work closely with faculty, program managers, and external vendors to ensure marketing and publications align with program objectives.

  • Coordinate photography, videography, and graphic design efforts for marketing purposes.

  • Assist with event promotions, including webinars, conferences, and workshops.

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of executive education programs.

  • Manage schedules, participant registration, and program logistics.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for participants, faculty, and external partners.

  • Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders.

  • Prepare program materials, maintain records, and manage feedback collection.

  • Assist in budget planning and monitor program expenses.

  • Ensure programs meet high-quality standards through effective planning and execution.

  • Collect and analyze participant feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, Education, IT or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management platforms.
