Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative & Document Management:
  • Perform administrative functions such as filing and safekeeping of all sales-related documents, ensuring they are always complete and up-to-date.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and quotations as directed by the Department Head.
  • Accurately enter and manage data within the company's system.
  • Customer & Account Coordination:
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding their accounts and documents.
  • Coordinate with distributors and dealers on purchase orders, deliveries, and account statuses.
  • Assist the marketing team with sales-related programs for customer orders.
  • Monitor account payments and remind the sales team of due dates and non-payments.
  • Coordinate with logistics regarding customer requirements, schedules, and withdrawals.
  • Reporting & Training:
  • Generate daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Receive training and perform all related duties assigned by the Department Head.
  • Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Fresh graduates with excellent academic standing are welcome to apply.
  • Entry-level professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a sales, administrative, or related field.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
  • A self-starter with enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Success-driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
