Job Description:

Product Launch Coordination

  • Propose product names and oversee internal approval processes.
  • Coordinate the creation and approval of product literature with PR.
  • Submit final approved materials to the NEW PRODUCTS Viber Group Chat.

SKU & OSV Management

  • Collate and input key features, specs, and product IDs from product decks into the SKU list.
  • Maintain and update the OSV sheet including:

o Big idea

o Target market

o Slant

o Unique Selling Proposition (USP)

Marketing Materials Development

  • File and manage e-JOs for:

o OSV materials

o One-pagers

o Main Key Visuals (KVs)

  • Upload approved assets to Google Drive.
  • Notify stakeholders (including e-comm team) via Viber and email.

Positioning & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct competitive research based on price and features.
  • Create product positioning one-pagers covering:

o Key Features, Pricing, Product Truth

o Consumer Insight, Big Idea

o Product Positioning, Competitive Analysis

Sales Tracking & Monitoring

  • Weekly monitoring of sales and inventory across new/upcoming products.
  • Update sales sheets and monitor boosted ads and collaterals.

Product Lifecycle Monitoring

  • Weekly check and update on:

o Product pricing, ETA, availability

o Product launch checklist (e.g., OSV, one-pager, KV, PR article, store materials, etc.)

  • Track and report all updates to relevant departments via email.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Weekly reports and updates to the Marketing Manager and COO.
  • Monthly meetings with Sales, Trade, Digital, Graphics, and Brand teams.
  • Present updates and reports to COO on a monthly basis.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Admin Assistant regarding brand ambassador executions and posting updates.

Promo & Campaign Management

  • Coordinate monthly promos:

o Draft project briefs and cascade details for DTI applications.

o Track JO filings and promotional material production.

  • Report promo progress and timeline adherence.

Special Projects & Magalogue Management

  • Develop project briefs and delegate tasks within the team.
  • Lead the end-to-end production of the Magalogue, including:

o Content updates, pricing changes, layout approvals

o Coordination with Trade and Purchasing for budget and print execution

o Distribution and receipt tracking

o Timeline monitoring and reporting

Cherry Shop Decor Management

  • Oversee yearly store decor schedule and execution.
  • Coordinate approvals for visual merchandising materials (artworks, videos, PR articles, etc.)
