Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll and Benefits Assistant located in Makati. The Payroll and Benefits Assistant will support payroll processing, administer employee benefits programs, maintain accurate records, and assist employees with payroll and benefits inquiries. Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills to effectively assist employees and provide exceptional support
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information securely
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
