Responsibilities and Tasks

Service Related

  • Monitor smooth service flow and ensure standard service sequence for all customers.
  • Ensure high-level customer service and guest engagement from all service staff.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Oversee reservations and ensure proper execution.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Build professional yet friendly relationships with guests, especially regulars.
  • Develop action plans to address service challenges before they impact customers.
  • Anticipate events or situations that may affect customer turnout.

Product Related

  • Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth coordination of food and beverage service.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of items.
  • Ensure only excellent quality food and beverages are served.
  • Guarantee timely arrival of all guest orders and prevent missed items.

Staff Related

  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and productive work environment.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and prepare staff rosters.
  • Monitor staff attendance and performance.
  • Train, orient, and coach new and existing team members.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure staff efficiency in assigned stations.
  • Enforce company policies, processes, and protocols.
  • Report staff violations to HR and provide recommendations for performance improvement.

Admin Related

  • Ensure proper management and use of company resources.
  • Report damages and coordinate repairs/maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate financial and operational reports.
  • Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety standards across the restaurant.
  • Conduct regular checks on fixtures, equipment, and facilities.

Management Related

  • Provide weekly reports to the Area Manager on operations, staff, and sales performance.
  • Coordinate closely with the management team on plans and strategies.
  • Attend management meetings and consultations.
  • Understand and monitor profit, sales, and revenue performance.
  • Implement management rules, procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all management and operational matters.

Others

  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
  • Cooperate with other departments and employees as needed.
  • Be willing to work flexible schedules, especially during peak seasons, events, weekends, and holidays.

Base: Restaurant-based with office reporting, as needed

Requirements

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Service, Hospitality Industry, Business, or equivalent.
  • At least three years' experience in the same industry and same capacity.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • With analytical and organizational skills.
  • Pleasant and positive work disposition.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
