JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TECHNICAL MANAGER

What Are We Looking For?

The Technical Manager leads IT infrastructure projects focused on network design, deployment, and system integration, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The role also oversees the technical team and IT operations while driving continuous improvement in processes and technologies.

The Technical Manager's Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical projects from planning through completion, making sure deliverables stay within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting client expectations.
  • Build and guide the technical team by hiring, training, and mentoring staff, and by setting practical standards and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery and IT operations.
  • Handle day-to-day IT operations, including resource allocation, budgeting, and proper documentation of network designs and project deliverables.
  • Support continuous improvement by researching new technologies and presenting reports, metrics, and recommendations to management and clients.
  • Act as the main technical liaison, both internally and externally, by managing client communications, coordinating with vendors, and delivering presentations to stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in IT project management, with a focus on network infrastructure implementation and system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, routers, wireless, and security solutions).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
