To provide technical assistance and support for company systems, hardware, software, and digital equipment to ensure smooth business operations and minimize technical downtime across branches and departments.

  • Provide on-site and remote support for computer hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot company systems, applications, and equipment.
  • Assist in system updates, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Support employees and franchisees in resolving basic IT or system issues
  • Maintain and monitor company equipment such as POS systems, printers, routers, and CCTV.
  • Coordinate with suppliers or service providers for repairs and replacements when necessary.
  • Ensure equipment and systems are properly documented and inventoried.
  • Prepare service reports and document technical issues, resolutions, and preventive actions.
  • Maintain logs of system performance and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in developing manuals or guides for users on technical procedures.
  • Work closely with the IT or Operations team during store openings, relocations, or events requiring technical setup.
  • Provide support during product demonstrations, trainings, or presentations that need technical assistance
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Technical Supervisor or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
