Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve US compensation-related inquiries through ServiceNow, escalating to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
  • Process US compensation adjustments for represented associates in accordance with applicable policies and procedures outlined by their CBAs
  • Administer one-time payments in accordance with compensation policies, including interim adjustments, retention awards, and ad hoc one-time payments
  • Partner with HR Technology Services (HRTS) to test and validate new or updated system configurations that support compensation programs and processes
  • Support the annual salary planning cycle by compiling marker data, maintaining tools, and preparing required documentation
  • Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking activities under the guidance of senior compensation team members
  • Perform compensation analyses and audits to ensure data accuracy and policy adherence
  • Participate in annual compensation surveys and related benchmarking initiatives

Qualifications:

  • MUST BE graduate of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis, preferably within a global shared services environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage compensation data accurately and confidently
  • Preferably with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas for compensation analysis)
  • Experience in HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
  • Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals, including base pay structures, salary ranges, and job evaluation methodologies
  • Experience with compensation survey tools (e.g Payfactors or similar platforms)
  • Preferably with working knowledge of labor laws and compensation compliance principles.
  • Must be willing to work on a Hybrid set-up and nightshift.
