Compensation and Benefits Specialist

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
► Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or equivalent.
► With at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
► Strong knowledge of updated Government-initiated loans and benefits.
► Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)
► With good oral communication and analytical skills.
► Computer savvy
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
► Submit a report of new and separated employees to Government Agencies in a timely manner (R1A, ER2)
► Prepares payment requests for SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PHILHEALTH to be submitted to the accounting department a. Retrieve print-out/reports on premium contribution and loan deductions on SSS, PAG-IBIG and PHILHEALTH from Payroll System
b. Collates and summarizes the contributions and loan payments
c. Compares the summaries of contributions versus the government tables.
d. Prepares documentary requirements for payment of these contributions and payments.
e. Prepare and submits request for payments.
f. Schedule payments and submission with the Liaison Officer/Messenger
► Provide assistance to employees in submission and follow-up of:
a. SSS Loan Application process
b. PAG-IBIG Loan Application process
c. Sterling Loan Application process
d. Company Loan/VALE
► Upload and monitor all Leave Credits in Sprout"
► Provide Assistance to employees in availment of the following:
a. Issue documents for availment of Philhealth benefits (CF1 and Certificate of Contributions)
b. SSS Sickness Benefit
c. SSS Maternity Benefit
d. EC Benefit
f. Paternity benefit
g. Bereavement benefit
h. Solo parent leave benefit
i. Magna Carta benefit
j. Violence Against Women and Children leave benefit
► Enrollment, Transfer and Updating of employee's BIR Status
a. Enrolling New Tin Number thru BIR online electronic registration
b. Submit/Update 1905 using Module Entry Data.
► Inputs names and attendance at Incentive Commission System of qualified Promodisers.
► Prepare and update compensation benchmarking of all positions
► Input deductions / pay item in the HCMS
► Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
