About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll transactions with simple to moderate complexity, ensuring all employee payments, deductions, and adjustments are entered accurately and on time. You will focus primarily on pre-payroll inputs, manage payroll-related inquiries, and provide backup support to fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll inputs according to the payroll schedule and checklists.
  • Handle final pay calculations and off-cycle pay adjustments as required.
  • Provide backup support to other Payroll team members for tasks of varying complexity.
  • Monitor and manage the MyServices queue and Payroll Service Mailbox, ensuring timely responses to employee and cross-functional inquiries.
  • Coordinate with HR Direct and Employee Central to resolve payroll issues.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in handling U.S. payroll.
  • Proficient in using SAP or other payroll processing tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
  • Amenable to report onsite twice a month (hybrid setup).
