CREDIT INVESTIGATOR - BGC Taguig - Direct Hiring

I. JOB SUMMARY
Locates individuals who are difficult to find, often for debt collection, legal, or investigative purposes, including skip and asset search.
I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Research and investigation:
o Utilize public records (like court, property records), online data bases, social
o media, and other sources to gather information.
o Use specialized software and investigative techniques to track individuals.
· Information gathering and verification:
o Contact former neighbors, friends, relatives, and employers to inquire about
o the individual's whereabouts.
o Conduct interviews to verify identities and relevant details, often following-up on lead generated from online searches or other sources.
· Record-keeping and reporting:
o Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research activities,
o communications, and findings.
o Prepare reports to summarize findings and recommendations for clients or
o employee
·
· Legal and ethical compliance:
o Ensure all data collection and documentation complies with legal and ethical
o standards and company policies.
· Communication and collaboration:
o Communicate with clients, and potentially with other team members on
o complex cases.
o May be responsible for attempting to collect debts from debtors contacted
o during the search, subject to company policies.
I. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- College graduate
- Experience At least 5 years experience as C.I. specifically as skip and asset tracer
- Work Location BGC Taguig
OFFICE ADDRESS:
20th Floor Capital House 9th Avenue Corner Lane S, Taguig City
Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm - Interview schedule
