Program Lead – DAAS

Role Purpose

To manage and ensure smooth execution of the DAAS (Device-as-a-Service) and store technology supply contract for our key QSR customer. The role is responsible for end-to-end coordination between internal teams, customer stakeholders, and hardware partners to ensure timely delivery, installation, billing, and support of POS, KDS, and other store devices.

Required Skills and Competencies

Technical/Domain:
Basic understanding of POS, KDS, and store IT infrastructure; familiarity with DAAS and hardware lifecycle management.

Project Management:
Experience in handling hardware rollout or service delivery projects; ability to track milestones and dependencies.

Communication & Coordination:
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across organizations.

Analytical & Reporting
: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboards; ability to analyze delivery and billing data.

Business Acumen:
Understanding of commercial processes including forecasting, invoicing, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate degree in IT, Business, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in IT project coordination, service delivery, or hardware rollout management.

• Experience in retail/QSR or device-as-a-service delivery preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

A. Contract Execution & Delivery

• Manage day-to-day execution of the DAAS and store device supply contract.

• Track procurement, delivery, and deployment of POS, KDS, printers, and related store devices.

• Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs, timelines, and quality parameters.

• Maintain visibility of delivery pipeline, logistics, and store rollouts.

B. Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer's IT Business Unit, Restaurant Systems team, and store managers for delivery and support activities.

• Coordinate with multiple customer business units for approvals, store readiness, and project alignment.

• Interface with hardware vendors and OEM partners for order fulfillment and warranty support.

C. Internal Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with internal functions such as finance and delivery teams.

• Provide inputs for financial forecasts, billing, and revenue recognition.

• Track open POs, invoices, and payment milestones.

• Maintain accurate reporting of deliveries, pending items, and escalations to management.

D. Governance & Communication

• Participate in regular governance meetings with the customer and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare and share weekly/monthly status reports highlighting delivery progress, issues, and risks.

• Drive timely closure of dependencies through proactive follow-up and issue resolution.

Key Deliverables

• 100% on-time delivery of store devices as per rollout plan.

• Accurate and timely billing, invoicing, and payment support.

• Up-to-date asset and delivery tracker with zero variance.

• Effective communication and relationship management with customer IT and store teams.

• Partner performance tracking and timely escalation of supply or delivery issues.
