Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related course.
- Experience:
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in customer service, registrar assistance, or student affairs.
- Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Filipino).
- Warm, courteous, and professional demeanor when dealing with students, parents, and guests.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or student information systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work well in a team and uphold confidentiality.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient front-line service to all walk-in and online clients (students, parents, employees, and guests).
- Answer inquiries regarding admissions, student records, and general school information through various channels (in-person, phone, email, and social media).
- Record, track, and endorse student or client concerns to the appropriate offices for resolution.
- Assist in student enrollment, registration, and information dissemination.
- Support the planning and implementation of institutional activities such as orientations, recognition programs, and marketing events.
- Promote a positive image of the College by embodying "Gallegan Cares" and maintaining professionalism at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
