About the Company

We're a fast-growing U.S. software company providing subscription-based technology solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.

This is our first outbound sales hire, and we're looking for a driven, English-fluent professional who's ready to grow with the business.

You'll help build our sales engine from the ground up. We don't just want someone to make calls — we want a future leader who can grow into management as our customer base scales.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Book demos and assist in closing new clients (avg. deal = $300/month subscription).
  • Manage leads and follow-ups using HubSpot CRM and AI-driven automation tools.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity goals.
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership to refine our sales process.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Coachable — eager to learn and take feedback.
  • Strong closing instincts and work ethic.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $400 USD/month
  • Commission: Uncapped — the more you close, the more you earn.
  • Estimated Total Earnings: $1,500–$3,000 USD/month with performance.
