Supports the team in guiding the creative and content team and managing the development of advertising materials from conception to production.

Main Tasks covered:

  • Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
  • Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the content team
  • Relate with senior administrators to guide and encourage the creative team to provide creative, thoughtful, and relevant work
  • Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
  • Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
  • Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices
  • Serve as a liaison between the Creative Director and creative team and between the creative team and individual clients
  • Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions
  • Pay attention to clients and articulate their conditions, goals, and requirements
  • Collaborate with clients and Account Managers to establish the artistic strategy for projects
  • Head multiple projects; supervise designing, idea development, style and implementation; assign tasks and monitor progress
  • Partake in all aspects of team projects, aiming at innovation and quality
  • Offer direction to senior art administrators, art administrators, designers, and copywriters
  • Partake in pitching and winning work
  • Research new tools and techniques to boost job efficiency
  • Conduct interview as well as evaluations and employ permanent team members, freelancers and interns
  • Accomplish any and other related tasks given by the RMSI Upper Management
