We are seeking a Creative IT Specialist to join our team at Hydron Corporation. This dynamic role combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving to support various aspects of our IT and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing networks, servers, accounts, and databases, while also providing hands-on support for both software and hardware. In addition to technical tasks, this role involves designing and contributing to marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
  • Have knowledge in basic troubleshooting on hardware (PC, Printers, etc.)
  • Have knowledge in basic networking and cabling
  • Have knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Have knowledge in using Canva, Adobe Photoshop For Graphic
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network Management

  • Monitoring: Oversee simple network operations, including cabling management.

Server Management

  • Website Server Support: Monitor the performance of website servers and help developer as needed.

Account Management

  • Credential Handling: Manage/Update various accounts and credentials

Database Management

  • Database Oversight: Manage and monitor all databases at Hydron, ensuring proper file backups and data integrity.

Software Support

  • Technical Assistance: Address and resolve technical issues, providing solutions to enhance software functionality.

Hardware Support

  • Problem Resolution: Engage in troubleshooting hardware issues and implement effective solutions.

Digital Design

  • Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Canva to create visually appealing graphics, marketing materials, and digital content.
  • Label Creation: Design and print product labels based on customer orders, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Inventory Management

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track daily office equipment inventory, generating reports for restocking and filing needs.

Marketing Support

  • Strategy Development: Conceptualize and propose marketing strategies to enhance social media presence and boost customer engagement.
