Creative Development

Conceptualize and design unique visual and multimedia content (static graphics, videos, infographics, animations etc.) for social media platforms

Ensure all creative materials emphasize consumer benefits and simplify concepts for easy comprehension.

Collaborate with key personnel in crafting a brand kit that establishes a strong brand identity through creative executions.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital outputs.

Content Optimization and Engagement

Adapt creative formats to maximize reach and engagement on different social media platforms.

Develop visually striking content designed to increase clicks, shares and traffic to company channels.

Innovate new approaches to story telling that make financial products more engaging and consumer friendly.

Collaboration and Support

Work closely with the Social Media Specialist and the Digital Marketing Team to align creative executions with campaign strategies.

Partner with Dealer Sales, New Product and Compliance teams to ensure creatives are accurate, compliant  and strategically aligned.

Provide creative direction and guidance to external vendors and agencies or freelancers when needed.

Performance Tracking

Analyze creative performance in social media to determine which visuals drive the most traffic and engagement

2) Continuously improve designs and concepts based on insights, consumer behavior and emerging digital trends.

Brand Identity

Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's visual brand identity.

Ensure all creative outputs reflect the company's brand, values, tone and positioning.

Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication materials.

Play an active role in evolving the brand kit, ensuring designs remain fresh, modern and align with consumers' expectations.

Protect brand equity by making sure all creative work enhances recognition and builds trust with consumers.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time, in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
