Roles and Responsibilities

  • Works with Creative Leads supporting CAPE L&D, ODEE and CCM team to develop engaging and interactive communication, instructional and promotional materials for the Channel Management Group. (Example: learning kits, infographic materials, HTML trainings, explainer videos, posters and other related resources/collaterals)
  • Works with Creative Leads to create platform UI visualization of wireframe and user flow
  • Maintains, evaluates, and updates media files from time to time
  • Uploads learning and communication materials in Quest backend portal
  • Seeks innovative and on-trend designs to deliver up-to-date media applications and content
  • Coordinates with the LEAP Specialist on the encountered Quest platform issues and concerns
  • Acts as custodian of all CAPE media archives
  • Level of Knowledge
  • Expert in advertising and design, multimedia arts, visual communications or equivalent
  • Expert in Google workspace, MS Office and Adobe creative Suite
