About the Role

We're looking for a 
Creative Content Specialist
 to join our Global Marketing Shared Services Team. If you're passionate about storytelling, digital publishing, and social media content creation, this role is for you. You'll play a key part in developing compelling copy for a variety of platforms to support marketing, recruitment, employee engagement, and internal communication campaigns.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to create content that connects with audiences.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Shared Services Team on diverse content requests.
  • Write and edit engaging copy for social media, including captions, image copy, carousels, and video scripts.
  • Draft well-structured blog posts and website content.
  • Create persuasive ad copy for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Develop content for infographics, landing pages, email communications, and internal campaigns.
  • Proofread and edit materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability.
  • Contribute to recruitment, employee engagement, awareness, and B2B marketing initiatives through creative content.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations, English, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience
     in digital publishing and social media content creation (blogs, websites, internal communications, social media).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong ability to tailor content for different audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Previous copywriting experience in a BPO setting is a strong advantage.

  • At least 
    2 years of experience
     in digital publishing and social media content creation (internships not counted).
