A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLEAs the Global P&C Sr. Onboarding Supervisor (Reliever), you will lead a team of Onboarding Specialists to ensure that Onboarding Policies are well-executed and new hires have a positive onboarding experience. To be specific, you will:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team in monitoring the collection of pre-hire and post-hire employment requirements of new hires.
- Address issues and flag concerns relating to completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Constantly review and assist in ensuring that the correct contract is in the HCM Tool.
- Audit the signed contracts in alignment to the type of contract to be issued to the new hire.
- Understand profiles and onboarding requirements of each campaign/account.
- Ensure that results of Pre-employment Medical Exam (PEME) and Background Verification are coordinated with Talent Acquisition team.
- Monitor the completion of requests for new-hire accesses such as employee log in credentials to the email system and/or system/client tools, or proximity card accesses, etc.
- Lead the team in the utilization of HCM tool for Onboarding new hires.
- Understand the onboarding process across other regions and support them in onboarding new hires as needed.
- Support organizational and government audits as needed.
- Ensure on-time response to P&C tickets.
- Propose process improvements and lead projects that will enhance the onboarding experience of new hires.
- Perform other tasks as necessary.
